2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Track visitors to websites you don't own or have permission to monitor

  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Overload or disrupt our systems

4. Privacy and Data Protection

You must:

  • Comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Have a privacy policy on your website that discloses tracking
  • Obtain necessary consents where required by law
  • Not collect sensitive personal data without proper authorization

We are a data processor; you are the data controller. You are responsible for lawful use of our tracking service.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription:

  • Service is billed monthly or annually based on your plan
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time

Refunds:

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for your use of collected data

10. Termination

You can terminate:

  • No penalties for cancellation
  • Access continues until end of billing period

We may terminate:

  • If your account is inactive for 12+ months
